年近三十的日本人三木因职务问题，被公司调派到香港，但来到香港后只能做一个平凡小职员，生活相当乏味。为了庆祝三十岁生日，他决定在六月三十日香港回归的晚上，托朋友介绍找自己心仪的三级脱星Joey陪他过夜。当他正想享受温柔乡的时候，才发觉欠缺最重要的安全套，于是回归夜所发生的荒唐事情，都是安全套惹的祸…….
