　　Korea’s most intimidating actor, Heo Sung-tae (Squid Game), stars as Detective Oh Nam-hyuk—a well-meaning but spectacularly inept cop clinging to his badge by a thread. 　　林美嘉（李昕芸 饰）、安晓晨（李媛 饰）和陈宇林（范逸臣 饰）大学时代便认识的好友，晓晨与宇林更是亲密的情侣。毕业后这对闺蜜共同进入一家服装设计公司，在残酷的职场中果敢自信的晓晨扶摇直上，很快成为一支团队的负责人，这让美嘉心中难免有所芥蒂。某次二人受公司指派去泰国寻找素材，希望转运的美嘉坚持要去某个偏僻所在向法师求佛牌。此后，两人在泰国遭遇离奇火灾，晓晨命丧异国他乡，美嘉则侥幸逃生，但失去了泰国之行的所有记忆。身为心理医生的宇林固然伤心，同时希望通过自己的专业技能帮助美嘉走出阴影。　　可是这番治疗丝毫没有效果，美嘉被恐怖的幻觉所困扰，情况愈演愈烈……

　　改编自同名网络连载漫画，由原作漫画作者郑严植亲执导筒拍摄。该片讲述了被连环杀人犯夺去家人的女子以自己的脏器作为担保展开报复行动的故事。
