理想与愿望
影片改编自巴西作家、记者、政治活动家（某组织人）阿尔瓦罗 ;卡尔达斯（ Aacute;lvaro Caldas）发表于1993年的小说《乌托邦的芭蕾》（Bal eacute; da Utopia）。 巴西军事独裁统治的20世纪70年代的贝洛哈里桑塔。年轻的女大学生克里斯蒂安娜Cristiana（梅尔;利斯博阿饰）崇拜她的文学教授绍洛 Saulo（费利佩 卡马戈饰），绍洛也爱上了他的这个学生。由于克里斯蒂安娜是个遭到当局追捕的处境十分危险的激进分子，同情武装革命的绍洛便将她藏匿在一间公寓里，两人过着既紧张又浪漫的生活。后来一个受了伤总是蒙着面的武装瓦斯拉夫Vaslav（塞尔吉奥 马罗内饰）也被困到这间公寓里。他们三人生活到了一起，谈论和讨论他们的生活、政治选择。绍洛不在的时候，克里斯蒂安娜与瓦斯拉夫有了更深的交流，渐渐地，她爱上了这个芭蕾舞舞蹈家，于是，革命的爱情在忠诚、背叛与欲望间摇摆，引发了她和她的情人绍洛之间的严重问题并使绍洛做出了抉择。

Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
