課長島耕作
经过数年的艰苦打拼，小职员岛耕作（高橋克典饰）终于迎来出头天，由京都调任回东京初芝电器总部，升任为销售课的课长。他的事业前途光明，又有美丽的女下属大町久美子（松下奈緒饰）投怀送抱，但是付出无数努力的他也怠慢了自己的家庭，小家濒临破裂。正值此时，危及悄悄袭向初芝。一家韩国企业大量收购初芝的股票，企图吞并这家它们进入日本市场的最后敌手。另一方面，初芝内部派系斗争激烈，社长苫米地功（神山繁饰）和副社长大泉裕介（小林稔侍饰）相互攻伐。耕作虽然打算独善其身，却也被迫卷入斗争的漩涡之中。内忧外患，初芝面临巨大的危机…… 本片根据弘兼憲史的同名漫画改编国外三级
